And at the end of the day, after helping us navigate through several low-ball offers, they found us a solid buyer willing to pay a price we could be satisfied with. They are definitely the go-to experts for real estate in the University Town Center area. Eric seemed to have every sale for the past 10 years committed to memory, which was a little scary… and very helpful!
Mean time, they helped us narrow down options for our new house, were patient in showing us many properties, and spent even more time without us previewing houses and weeding out those that wouldn’t be a good fit. They understood what we were looking for in a new house and neighborhood, then helped us find it, and gave us the tools to make a successful offer.
We are extremely happy in our new home and grateful that Robin and Eric were there to lead us through the process.
