About Princeton Townhomes

The community of Princeton Townhomes was developed in 1985-86 by the Irvine Pacific Company and, at the time, was the newest neighborhood built around the University of California’s Irvine campus. At its hub, U. C. Irvine’s campus, with its extension courses, lectures, sports, and cultural events infused the entire community with its vision and vitality. While Princeton Townhomes is the name of the neighborhood, all of the condos have a Stanford Court street address. Condos are are owned and/or may be leased by the homeowners.
