The Muller company is a full-service real estate company specializing in management, investment and development of commercial real estate in the United States. The award recognized quality in buildings as well as design, management, and operation and is considered the most prestigious in the commercial real estate industry.
The Biltmore Commerce Center received an Outstanding Building of the Year Award in the category of 250,000 to 499,999 square feet. The Biltmore Commerce Center is a three-story suburban office facility located on 7.53 acres in Camelback Corridor. The building totals of 283,440 square feet and accommodates office users of all sizes, particularly large corporate users. The building also boasts accent lighting and upgraded landscaping.
Main Street Town Center received an Outstanding Building of the Year Award in the category of 100,000 to 249,999 square feet. Main Street Town Center is located on more than four acres in Santa Ana, California. The ten story, 215,0003 square foot building offers a beautiful view of the Saddleback, San Gabriel and San Bernardino mountain ranges. The Center also includes on-site amenities such as an ATM, deli service and high-speed internet service.
Westwood Medical Plaza received its second Outstanding Building of the Year Award in the Medical Office category. The medical office building located at Wilshire features a modern art-deco style, an outdoor plaza and an elegant lobby.
